Learning and Development Partner

The Learning and Development Partner Journey is meant to give you a base understanding of the L&D Partner role. It provides you with the base knowledge and the indication of the skills to develop to be a Learning and Development Partner at Hotelbeds. The learning material is organized into five tracks which cover the basic introduction to the Learning and development discipline, learning analysis, design and implementation, communication skills, and the ways to establish a learning culture. Prior to taking the course, we invite you to check your skills with the three optional benchmarks at the beginning of the Journey: Communication Essentials, Presentation Skills, and Continuous Learning Benchmark.
