Aspire | Future Leaders

Welcome to your Aspire Future Leaders programme, where your journey towards becoming a visionary leader begins. This dinamic, self-paced programme has been designed to equip you with the essential skills and resources required to transition from being an individual contributor to an inspiring leader. It provides you access to: 360º feedback, digital content, and virtual sessions. All learning content has been aligned to the BIG Book of Leadership and organized into five tracks, each focusing on a behavior and the virtual sessions are structured in five critical leadership topics. To complete 100% of the programme you must complete all the tracks, the 5 digital content tracks, consuming all the digital content, and the track 6 with the virtual sessions, attending at least once every different virtual session. You can do so in whichever order is right for you, our suggestion is to plan all the virtual sessions first of all and then start consuming the digital content, so you plan your development time and protect it as a priority for your success during the next six months. The participation in this training is entirely voluntary, therefore we appreciate your enthusiasm and trust your commitment to completing it within the next six months, before the 15th of May at 09:00 CET Spanish time.
