How to become a mentor

If you are passionate about sharing knowledge with people and are able to give advice that is relevant to their goals, you should think about becoming a mentor. This journey will give you some tips and tricks on how to manage your mentoring relationship with your mentee and keep them engaged and motivated. To participate in the Mentoring Program you should identify yourself as a Mentor in Workday and indicate the skills or subject matter that you are prepared to Mentor others in.
