In this course, you'll learn about the inputs, guidelines and analytics techniques that are used in elicitation and collaboration tasks.
Outcome: Learn to elicit valuable information from stakeholders by establishing strong collaboration and monitoring relationships. Develop the ability to apply key elicitation techniques and analyze the results to create solutions that meet organizational needs.
