Week 3 - The BA Elicitation and Collaboration Knowledge Area

Designing effective solutions requires eliciting useful information from stakeholders. This means building good relationships, establishing strong collaboration, and monitoring stakeholder activities. Using the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), as an aid to analyzing the business, a business analyst can ensure the needs of the organization are met, and that design solutions meet those needs. In this course, you'll learn about the inputs, guidelines and analytics techniques that are used in elicitation and collaboration tasks. Outcome: Learn to elicit valuable information from stakeholders by establishing strong collaboration and monitoring relationships. Develop the ability to apply key elicitation techniques and analyze the results to create solutions that meet organizational needs.
